Where are POLYQuik® Systems manufactured?

POLYQuik is manufactured at multiple sites across North America by our parent company WVCO. Unlike many other companies, we manufacture our own products to ensure exceptional quality and reliability.

Will POLYQuik® change color over time?

POLYQuik color stable or aliphatic systems are designed to not change color over time. These are typically thin-film systems or topcoats. Commercial systems, (aromatic) are typically black to mask any naturally occurring color change. Other color systems, such as gray or white, will change color over time.

Can I get POLYQuik® in a special color?

Yes. POLYQuik is available in a range of color options. Please note, special color order may require a minimum purchase volume.

What is the difference between a Hybrid and Pure Polyurea?

Typically, the main difference between Hybrid and Pure Polyurea is reaction to humidity, temperature, chemical resistance and price. Our technical sales manager can help you determine the ideal product for your application.

How many different types of "Polyureas" are there?

Can pure Polyureas and Hybrid systems be mixed?

Not without compromising the quality. Equipment should be purged prior to using each system to ensure maximum quality and performance.

Do I need a spray enclosure?

Yes. A designated spray area promotes safety and ensures proper application.

Can I spray POLYQuik® on Aluminum?

Yes. With the use of a primer, you can apply POLYQuik to aluminum.

I have a small project. Can I buy a small amount of POLYQuik®?

Yes. Our FPS System is designated for low volume application.

How much Material do I have to buy?

POLYQuik Spray Coatings are available in both drum and tote sizes.

What if I don’t have equipment?

Our parent company, WVCO, is a GRACO Distributor and we work with a network of GRACO suppliers around North America that can facilitate your equipment needs.
